The Challenge

Inches Home is a growing home furniture and décor brand looking to establish a strong online presence. Before partnering with Scale Comm, the brand had no Shopify store, no proper tracking infrastructure, and no structured paid advertising strategy. They were relying entirely on organic reach and offline sales — leaving significant revenue on the table. The challenge was clear: build a conversion-optimized Shopify store from scratch, implement full-funnel tracking, and launch a data-driven media buying strategy that would turn ad spend into measurable, scalable revenue.

Our Approach

We started from the ground up — building the entire e-commerce ecosystem before spending a single pound on ads.

 

Phase 1 — Store Build & Foundation:

  • Designed and developed a premium Shopify store tailored to the home furniture niche, with a focus on clean product presentation, fast loading, and mobile-first UX
  • Structured collections, product pages, and navigation for maximum browsability and average order value
  • Implemented Arabic language support and localized the shopping experience for the Egyptian market

Phase 2 — Tracking & Data Infrastructure:

  • Set up Meta Pixel with full event tracking (ViewContent, AddToCart, InitiateCheckout, Purchase) using both standard and custom events
  • Built a comprehensive product catalog on Meta Commerce Manager, synced directly with Shopify for dynamic ads
  • Configured Google Analytics 4, Google Ads conversion tracking, and Google Merchant Center for Shopping campaigns
  • Verified accurate data flow across all platforms to ensure reliable attribution from day one

Phase 3 — Media Buying & Scaling:

  • Launched Meta conversion campaigns optimized for purchases, structured across prospecting and retargeting audiences
  • Deployed dynamic product ads (DPA) powered by the synced catalog to retarget high-intent visitors
  • Ran Google Shopping ads targeting high-purchase-intent search queries for home furniture and décor
  • Continuously optimized campaigns through creative testing, audience refinement, and budget reallocation based on ROAS performance
  • Scaled winning ad sets while maintaining cost efficiency
