The Challenge

EVA Cosmetics is a century-old Egyptian market leader with over 10 reputable beauty brands, a production capacity of 385 million units, and exports reaching 21+ countries. Despite this massive offline presence, their digital commerce infrastructure was falling behind. Their existing online setup lacked a cohesive brand experience, had limited mobile optimization, and offered no seamless bilingual (Arabic/English) shopping journey. They needed a modern, high-performance Shopify store that matched the scale of their brand and could handle a vast product catalog spanning hair care, skin care, oral care, baby care, male grooming, and more — all while delivering a flawless experience in both English and Arabic with full RTL support.

Our Approach

We started with a deep-dive into EVA’s product ecosystem, understanding the relationships between their 10+ sub-brands and hundreds of SKUs. The store architecture was designed to make browsing intuitive across categories like Hair Care, Facial Care, Sun Protection, Serums, and Bundles — each with its own branded visual identity.
