Gulf modest fashion
Warm cream studio, soft daylight, veiled models. Ivory, blush, terracotta, royal blue and plum. The demo store runs this preset.
Plenty of themes support right-to-left text. Tiraz starts there: every layout, every section and every merchandising decision was drawn for Arabic fashion brands first, then mirrored for English. The result is a storefront that reads naturally to a shopper in Riyadh or Amman, and still looks considered to one in London.
It is calm, editorial and photo-led. One signature moment per screen, everything around it quiet. The theme uses only Shopify's own features: no apps are required to run it.
Built for: abayas, kaftans, jalabiyas, modest dresses, co-ord sets, hijabs and veils. Built for selling in: KSA, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Jordan, Bahrain, Oman and the wider MENA region.
Tiraz means style, or model, in modern Arabic. Historically the tiraz were the workshops that produced the region's finest embroidered textiles: the closest thing the Arab world had to an atelier.
Each one is a section the merchant adds, reorders and fills from the theme editor. The previews below are built from the demo store's own imagery; screen recordings follow with the listing.

New arrivals pinned to the wall. Columns drift in opposite directions on scroll, pause the moment you touch them, and can be swiped by hand on a phone. Visitors who prefer reduced motion get the still board.

One row per collection: a window frame travels across the featured image while the description, product thumbnails and browse link sit beside it. Window or cover mode, alternating sides.

A split chapter layout for the campaign film: hosted video or a YouTube and Vimeo link, separate desktop and mobile cuts, poster frames and parallax. The demo runs its velvet story here.

The shopper colours a drawing of your silhouette, abaya, veil, belt, one layer at a time. Tiraz suggests shades that pair with the first choice and lists the products that come in them. No app, no data sent anywhere.
Its own page · homepage teaser · product page link
Scroll-driven image layers with captions: the slip, the dress, the veil, revealed one on top of the other so a shopper understands what she is buying before the size guide.
Any page · product storytelling
A before-and-after slider between the atelier sketch and the photographed garment. Made for the about or atelier page, where a brand explains how a piece is cut, embroidered and finished.

Scale Comm is a Cairo-based performance marketing and Shopify development agency working with e-commerce brands across Egypt, KSA and the UAE. Tiraz is what we wished every Arabic fashion client could start from.
We set up stores on Tiraz, migrate catalogues, build custom sections and run the paid media afterwards. The theme itself is only sold on the Theme Store; the work around it is ours.
Only on the Shopify Theme Store. Themes listed there are sold and distributed through the Theme Store alone, so there is no checkout or download on this page. Scale Comm cannot sell you a copy directly.
